Costa Rica’s National Pierre de Coubertin Committee had a rich educational programme in June, one of which was dedicated to Olympians. A conference chaired by the President, Dr Laura Moreira, developed the theme of the values of integration. The Costa Rican Olympic athlete Gabriela Traña spoke about and discussed the topic of “What is the key to exercise success: habit or motivation?”
