On 8th March 2019, Prof. Stephan Wassong met with IOC-President, Dr. Thomas Bach, at the provisional headquarters of the IOC in Pully. This was Prof. Wassong`s first meeting with President Bach in his function as president of the CIPC. The meeting was established to provide Dr. Bach with relevant information on Prof. Wassong`s quadrennial agenda for the activities of the CIPC, which is an IOC officially recognized organization. Prof. Wassong outlined the projects which are planned up until 2022 in the three main working areas of the CIPC: 1. Academic Activities, 2. Educational Knowledge Transfer and 3. Public Relations Initiatives. President Bach has expressed his high approval of all initiatives and encouraged the CIPC to continue with the positive development of its profile.
